It is with regret that the Howden Show Committee has come to the decision to
cancel this year’s show. It has of course not been a decision made
lightly but the odds seem to be stacked against us in light of the
current COVID-19 outbreak.
We’d like to thank all of our volunteers
thus far - we simply couldn’t put on our magnificent show without you
and so we look forward to working with you next year to make it THE BEST
ONE YET!
It has been discussed that we may look to do a “smaller version”
of Howden Show that can easily be organised in a matter of weeks,
nowhere near the spectacle that we know and love but just something for
the community to enjoy. Although as you all know the situation we are
in changes day by day and so it is impossible to know just now if this
is going to be an option or not.
